Objective

Review measured processing latency by data stream and check whether webhook errors may be contributing to delays.

Environment

  • You can open Data Latency in Settings.

Resolution

  1. Open Settings and select Data Latency. Select Refresh for current telemetry, or open the information icon beside the title to see the last telemetry update and sampling details.
  2. Compare the Messaging Volume, Talk Volume, Support Volume, Agents, SLA, and CSAT cards. AVG is the average latency; P50, P75, and P95 show the median, 75th percentile, and 95th percentile; MAX is the highest measured latency in the summary.
    Note: Telemetry is sampled

Samples counts recorded latency observations. It is not the total number of source events, and the sampled share differs by stream.

  3. In the trend chart, choose the Data Streams, Metric, Interval, and Time Period you want to compare. Use the dashed 5-second line as a visual reference. These chart controls do not change the Stream Details time period.
Data Latency summary cards and the stream trend chart. The chart has its own stream, metric, interval, and time-period controls.
  4. In Stream Details, choose its Time Period, compare the latency metrics, Samples, and Last Bucket, and expand a stream for its detailed rows. This period is separate from the chart and summary cards, so their values may differ. Select Export CSV if you need the displayed detail outside ZenOps.
  5. Under Webhook Reliability, review Webhook Errors by webhook and time window. Expand a row to see the status breakdown, and use Trend Window to compare error rates over time.
Stream Details and Webhook Reliability show latency samples, last buckets, error counts, and error-rate trends.
  6. If a stream slows down, compare its trend with webhook errors for the same period. Note the stream, time period, P95, Samples, Last Bucket, and any error statuses when you investigate further.
