Understand when the visible value was last updated before acting on it.
Environment
- You can open the Realtime report in question.
Resolution
- Identify the page, metric, filter scope, and time window you are reading.
- Open the info icon or freshness detail where the report provides it.
- Refresh the page or report when a refresh control is available.
- Compare the updated timestamp and underlying records; if data remains stale, record the last visible update time for support.

Real-time cards, historical averages, and target-level tables can have different update cadences.
