Definition

Your ZenOps role and assigned permissions determine which Realtime pages and actions you can use.

Context

An evaluator can review public product information without access. A signed-in operations user may see monitoring data, while an administrator may also manage users, integrations, or rule settings.

Attributes

  • Page visibility and edit actions can differ: viewing alerts does not by itself grant permission to acknowledge them or change rules.
  • Brand, group, vendor, and other access scopes can limit which records appear.
  • An administrator manages users and permissions in User Management.
