Manage Google And Microsoft Sign-In

Objective

Set the sign-in methods offered by default for new invitations, or choose methods for an individual user.

Environment

• You are an administrator who can manage company settings and users.

Resolution

1. Open Settings and select General.
2. Under Allowed Login Methods, select the company methods to offer by default for new invitations: Password, Google, and/or Microsoft. Save the company settings.

   

   Note: Company defaults and individual settings

   Allowed Login Methods sets defaults for new invitations. Per-user settings can narrow the company methods; change an existing user's settings in that user's entry under Users.

3. To change methods for one person, open Settings and select Users, then edit that user's entry.
4. In Login Methods, leave Any allowed method selected to use the company methods, or clear it and select a narrower set for this user. An individual setting cannot enable a method that is disabled for the company.

   

5. Select Update User to save the individual settings.
