Objective

Use the invitation sent by your administrator to enter your ZenOps workspace.

Environment

  • You have an invitation for the email address assigned to your ZenOps account.
  • The invitation presents the sign-in methods allowed for your account.

Resolution

  1. Open the invitation link and follow the on-screen account setup instructions.
  2. Choose one of the offered sign-in methods, such as password, Google, or Microsoft, and complete that method.
  3. If prompted, return to Sign in and use the invited email address.
  4. After entering the dashboard, check that the Realtime pages you need are visible. Ask your administrator to review your access if they are not.

Use the method offered for your invitation; a method used by another organization may not be enabled for yours.
