Objective

Maintain reusable criteria and copy them into scorecard drafts.

Before you begin

You need Quality: Manage to edit the library. Reviewers with read access can inspect published scorecards without changing the library.

Resolution

  1. Open the library. Go to QA Settings · Criteria. The library holds groups and criteria your team can reuse across scorecards.
  2. Choose a source. Select Import from ZenOps or Browse the ZenOps library to copy the supplied examples, or select Add group or Create a group to write your own.
The ZenOps criteria library lets you search templates, see which ones are already in your library, and add selected criteria for your team to edit.
  3. Define a group and its criteria. Choose the group's mode, add criteria, and write standards and evidence guidance that a reviewer can apply to a real conversation. Library weights are defaults for new scorecards, not a shared score that updates every scorecard.
  4. Copy into a draft. Open a draft from QA Settings · Scorecards, choose a target group, and select Add from library. Search and select the criteria you want to copy. Review their weights and wording in the draft before publishing.
  5. Maintain each copy deliberately. A scorecard stores its own copy of a library criterion, including its attached evidence and guidance defaults. Changing or deleting a library item later does not rewrite a scorecard that already copied it or any published version.

Use How To Add And Weight Criteria to balance the copied criteria in the scorecard.
