Objective

Challenge specific criteria in a current published QA result while its appeal window is open.

Before you begin

The result must be published to you and still be eligible for an appeal. The result page shows the deadline in the relevant timezone. You can submit one appeal per published version.

Resolution

  1. Open the published result. Go to My Quality, choose the relevant month, and open the ticket in Published evaluations.
  2. Check the version and deadline. If the page says this version was replaced, follow Open the current version; appeals apply to the current publication. In Appeal, confirm that the submission form and deadline are shown.
  3. Select the criteria. Choose each grade you disagree with. Review its explanation and the shared conversation evidence before writing your challenge.
  4. Explain your reason. In Why do you disagree?, describe the specific evidence or standard you believe changes the outcome. Both a selected criterion and a written explanation are required.
  5. Submit and track. Select Submit appeal. The result page then shows the appeal status and discussion thread. Use How To Track Your Appeal for what happens next.

If the window is closed, the page shows the closing date. A newer published correction starts its own appeal window. For how corrected versions affect your result, see How Corrections Affect A Published Result.
