Definition

A published QA result is a snapshot of an agent's effective grades at the moment a quality manager shares it. Later manager decisions update the internal effective result, but the agent's current published snapshot changes only when a new version is published.

Context

Managers can compare the run in QA Analysis · QA Grades with its Open published result page. Agents see their current published results in My Quality.

Attributes

  • Saved correction: A manager's changed criterion decision affects the internal effective score and QA reporting. The published page notes that unpublished changes exist; the agent keeps seeing the existing version until publication.
  • Published correction: Publish corrections on the run creates a new numbered version with the corrected effective grades. The prior version remains in history, and a new appeal window starts. The manager may add a reason shown to the agent.
  • Replacement: If a different evaluation of the same ticket is published for the same agent and category, Replace published result makes that grade current and keeps the earlier one in version history.
  • Appeal correction: Resolving an open appeal as Corrected publishes the saved grade changes as a new version and records the explanation as the appeal decision. Publishing independently while an appeal is open marks that appeal Superseded.
  • Version history: Managers and agents can open earlier published versions. An older version is marked as replaced and links to the current one. Review comments and the AI's original draft remain internal; the agent sees the published grades, evidence, and appeal outcome.
