Use My Rewards to review your current points, award history, and rewards available for finalized periods.

Environment

  • Your company has enabled Engaging, and your account is eligible for the program.

Resolution

  1. Select My Rewards from the left menu.
  2. Review Current progress for your monthly or quarterly points and progress toward the next reward threshold.
    Note: Current points are provisional

    Points for an open month or quarter can change. Reward choices appear after the period is finalized.

  3. Under Awards & rewards, review Award history for point entries, dates, and reasons. Check Available rewards for choices unlocked by finalized periods, and Finalized history for completed period totals.

  4. If you are eligible but do not see a reward for a finalized period, ask an administrator to check the period's eligibility and active reward thresholds.
