Objective

Review saved schedule versions and open an earlier version when you need to return to it.

Environment

  • You have access to Scheduling and an existing schedule.

Resolution

  1. Open Workforce Operations → Scheduling, then select the schedule whose history you want to review.
  2. Save or discard any pending changes. In the upper-right toolbar, open the menu beside Publish and select History.
Open the menu beside Publish and choose History.
  3. Select Versions to focus on saved schedule versions. The All tab also lists generation runs, repair runs, and validation checks. Versions appear newest first.
The Versions tab lists saved schedule versions with their state, save time, change summary, and controls to inspect or restore a version.
  4. Review a version card's name, Draft or Published state, timestamp, saved-by name, and summary counts for created, updated, and deleted shifts and activities. Select View details to expand the card and see the affected agents and shift or activity times.
  5. To inspect a version's full schedule in the planner or return to it, select Restore on its card. ZenOps opens that saved version in Scheduling. Resolve any pending edits before switching, then check the version name and state in the planner.
Note: Restore does not publish a draft

Restore opens the selected saved version in the planner. It does not create a separate version or publish a draft; use the normal publishing workflow when a draft is ready.
