Objective

Save and reuse a set of Scheduling planner filters and display settings so you can return to a useful schedule view without setting it up again.

Environment

  • You have access to Scheduling and an existing schedule.

Resolution

  1. Open Workforce Operations → Scheduling, then select the schedule you want to view.
  2. Set up the view you want to save. Choose Day, Week, or Month, select a View by grouping, set the planner timezone, and choose any Sites, Teams, Channels, Queues, Skills, or Agents filters you need.
  3. Open Filters. In the Saved Views section at the top of the panel, select Save current, enter a name, and select Save. The new view appears in the saved list. Saved views are stored in your user profile for your own use.
The Saved Views section appears at the top of Filters. Save the current planner settings or select a saved view to apply it.
  4. To apply a saved view, open Filters and select its name under Saved Views. The planner applies its saved filters, grouping, view mode, and timezone. Then choose the schedule dates you want to inspect; saved views do not store a fixed date range.
  5. To change a saved view, apply it and adjust the planner settings. Reopen Filters and select Update to replace its saved settings, Save as new to keep both versions, or Revert to restore the saved settings.
Note: Saved views change the display only

Updating a saved view changes its filters and display settings. It does not change shifts, activities, or the schedule version.

  6. Select the three-dot menu beside a saved view to Rename, Duplicate, Make default, or Delete it. A default saved view is applied when you open Scheduling. To remove that preference, open the same menu and select Clear default.
  7. Select Default view in the saved views list to clear all filters and reset View by to Agents. This built-in view keeps the current view mode and timezone.
