What product pricing covers
ZenOps product prices cover software fees. They do not include AI usage. The ZenOps pricing page shows current list prices, pricing units, and which products are available to purchase. ZenOps Realtime is offered by custom quote, and products marked Coming soon are not yet available to buy.
AI usage is billed separately from product subscriptions. Compare the available AI billing options in How AI Usage Billing Works With BYOK.
When to request a quote
Use the product page's sales contact when a product is listed with custom pricing or you need a quote for your intended product scope. Include the product or products you are evaluating and the size of the team that will use them. Confirm the quote's scope and billing terms with the sales team before purchase.
