Objective

Show or hide forecast data while reviewing a schedule in the Scheduling planner.

Environment

  • You have access to Scheduling.
  • The schedule has a linked forecast and configured forecast queues.

Resolution

  1. Open Workforce Operations → Scheduling and choose the schedule whose forecast data you want to review.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the planner, select Forecast. When the data is hidden, the crossed-eye icon and Show forecast tooltip indicate that clicking the button will display it.
    Use the Forecast button in the upper-right corner to show or hide the linked forecast data.
  3. Review the forecast data shown with the schedule for the selected view and date range. To hide it again, select Forecast in the same place; the tooltip changes to Hide forecast while forecast data is visible.
    Note: Display only

    Showing or hiding forecast data changes the planner display. It does not change the linked forecast or schedule.

If Forecast is disabled, the schedule may not have forecast queues configured. Ask a Scheduling administrator to check the linked forecast setup.
