Objective
Check whether an automation ran and what happened during its execution.
Environment
- Your account can open Workflows > Automations.
Resolution
- Open Workflows and select Automations.
- Open the execution history view for the rule or the available history list.
- Filter or sort the recorded runs if those controls are available.
- Read the run time, rule, outcome, and any error details before changing the rule.
Note: Check the scope
A rule appearing in the list does not prove it executed; use history for the observed result.
