# What To Include In A Support Request

## Objective

Give ZenOps support enough context to investigate a product question or problem.

## Resolution

1. Name the ZenOps product and the page or workflow where the issue occurred.
2. Describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
3. Include the approximate time and timezone, any visible error message, and whether the issue affects one person or several.
4. If a screenshot helps, remove or obscure customer information and other sensitive data before sharing it.
5. Send the details through [ZenOps support chat](/help/articles/contact-zenops-support/).

For a security or privacy question, state that clearly so the support team can direct it to the right people.
