# How To Track Your Request

Use **My Requests** to check the status and details of a time-off, schedule-change, or overtime request.

## Environment

- Your account is linked to an agent profile.

## Resolution

1. Open **My Requests** in the agent portal. **Open Requests** shows requests with a **Pending** status.
2. Find the row by its type, dates, details, and submitted date. If **View details** appears, select it to read the saved reason and any validation details.
3. For a declined request, select **View reason** in the **Status** column if it appears to read the reviewer’s message.
4. Select **Request History** to find requests that are no longer pending. Their status can be **Approved**, **Declined**, or **Cancelled**.
5. For an approved schedule change or time-off request, check **My Schedule** for published work.

If the request is not listed, check both tabs and confirm that your account is linked to the correct agent profile.
