# How To Show Forecast Data On A Schedule

## Objective

Show or hide forecast data while reviewing a schedule in the Scheduling planner.

## Environment

- You have access to **Scheduling**.
- The schedule has a linked forecast and configured forecast queues.

## Resolution

1. Open **Workforce Operations** → **Scheduling** and choose the schedule whose forecast data you want to review.
2. In the upper-right corner of the planner, select **Forecast**. When the data is hidden, the crossed-eye icon and **Show forecast** tooltip indicate that clicking the button will display it.
3. Review the forecast data shown with the schedule for the selected view and date range. To hide it again, select **Forecast** in the same place; the tooltip changes to **Hide forecast** while forecast data is visible.

If **Forecast** is disabled, the schedule may not have forecast queues configured. Ask a Scheduling administrator to check the linked forecast setup.
