# How To Use Dashboard Filters

## Objective

Choose a **Brand** and **Group** scope for **Realtime** pages, then reuse it with a saved view.

## Environment

- You can open a **Realtime** page that has **Brand** and **Group** filters.

## Resolution

1. At the top of a **Realtime** page, select **All Brands** and **All Groups** to choose the scope you want to review.
2. Open **Saved views** to see existing views. Select a view by name to apply its **Brand** and **Group** scope across reports. Its details show the included **Brand** and **Group** values and indicate when it includes report-specific filters.
3. To save the current scope, select **New**, enter a name under **Name this view**, and select **Save**. A saved view includes the current **Brand** and **Group** scope plus report-specific filters supported by **Realtime**.
4. Select **Default View** to clear all filters and restore each report's initial state.

## Notes on this article

### Note: Check the scope

In resolution. Saved views carry Brand and Group scope plus the report-specific filters Realtime supports. Check each report after applying a view to confirm the controls you need.
