# How To Filter And Export QA Results

## Objective

Find a defined set of QA runs and download the matching run data as CSV.

## Before you begin

You need **Quality: Manage** or **View Only** for the company-wide [QA Grades](https://wfm.zenops.cx/service/quality) list. Decide whether you need all runs or a narrower set by date, ticket, agent, category, score, critical result, origin, or status.

## Resolution

1. **Open QA Grades.** Go to [QA Analysis · QA Grades](https://wfm.zenops.cx/service/quality).
2. **Set the main filters.** Select a date range, enter an exact ticket ID, or choose agents and categories. Use **Critical** for failed critical checks and **Score band** for a score range.
3. **Refine the run type.** Open **Filters** to choose a run origin or a pipeline or result status. The two status types answer different questions: pipeline status describes the job, while result status describes the evaluation it produced.
4. **Review the list.** Expand a row or open its run page before relying on a score. **Clear filters** returns to the default view.
5. **Export the selection.** Select **Export** to download the filtered runs as CSV. One export contains at most 10,000 runs; if more match, the page reports that it exported the newest 10,000. Narrow the filters and export again to cover the rest.

Exports reflect the current run filters and include run-level data. To inspect criterion evidence or a manager decision, open the individual run in [QA Grades](https://wfm.zenops.cx/service/quality).
