# How To Manage Your Subscription And Payment Details

## Review your subscription

1. Open **Settings** and choose **Billing**. You need billing access to see this page.
2. Review the plan name, subscription status, billing period, and payment method summary shown for your account.

## Update details in the billing portal

1. Select **Manage Subscription** to open the Stripe customer portal.
2. Use the options shown in the portal to manage your subscription or payment information. Available actions depend on your account.
3. Return to **Settings > Billing** to review the subscription details shown in ZenOps.

During an active trial, the button may read **Subscribe Now**. If no subscription appears, select **Refresh** on the Billing page. If you still need help or cannot access Billing, ask a workspace administrator with billing access.
