Review your subscription

  1. Open Settings and choose Billing. You need billing access to see this page.
  2. Review the plan name, subscription status, billing period, and payment method summary shown for your account.

Update details in the billing portal

  1. Select Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
  2. Use the options shown in the portal to manage your subscription or payment information. Available actions depend on your account.
  3. Return to Settings > Billing to review the subscription details shown in ZenOps.

During an active trial, the button may read Subscribe Now. If no subscription appears, select Refresh on the Billing page. If you still need help or cannot access Billing, ask a workspace administrator with billing access.
