# Manage Google And Microsoft Sign-In

## Objective

Set the sign-in methods offered by default for new invitations, or choose methods for an individual user.

## Environment

- You are an administrator who can manage company settings and users.

## Resolution

1. Open **Settings** and select **General**.
2. Under **Allowed Login Methods**, select the company methods to offer by default for new invitations: **Password**, **Google**, and/or **Microsoft**. Save the company settings.
3. To change methods for one person, open **Settings** and select **Users**, then edit that user's entry.
4. In **Login Methods**, leave **Any allowed method** selected to use the company methods, or clear it and select a narrower set for this user. An individual setting cannot enable a method that is disabled for the company.
5. Select **Update User** to save the individual settings.

## Notes on this article

### Note: Company defaults and individual settings

After step 2 in resolution. Allowed Login Methods sets defaults for new invitations. Per-user settings can narrow the company methods; change an existing user's settings in that user's entry under Users.
