Objective

Give a new teammate access to ZenOps with the role, sign-in methods, and data scope they need.

Before you begin

You need the Admin role to manage workspace users. Decide which role and sign-in methods the person needs. If you are inviting a BPO User, identify at least one BPO vendor to assign.

Resolution

  1. Open Settings, then select Users and Invite User.
  2. Keep Single selected, then enter the person's Full Name and Email Address.
  3. Choose a role. Review How To Manage User Roles And Access Scope if you need help choosing one.
  4. Under Login Methods, select the sign-in methods the person is allowed to use.
  5. If you chose BPO User, select at least one BPO vendor. You can also limit Brand access to specific brands; the default includes all brands within the selected BPO vendors.
  6. Select Send Invitation. The person receives an email with a link to complete signup using an allowed sign-in method.

If the person cannot find the invitation, confirm the email address and ask them to check their spam folder before sending another invitation.
