# How To Find ZenOps Privacy Information

## Objective

Find ZenOps privacy information and control whether the Help Center loads support chat.

## Resolution

1. Open the [Privacy Policy](https://pythia.cc/privacy) to review how personal information is handled.
2. On the Help Center, select **Cookie settings** to review your privacy choices. The **Support chat** choice controls whether the Zendesk support messenger loads.
3. Save your choices. You can return to **Cookie settings** to change them later.
