Objective

Find ZenOps privacy information and control whether the Help Center loads support chat.

Resolution

  1. Open the Privacy Policy to review how personal information is handled.
  2. On the Help Center, select Cookie settings to review your privacy choices. The Support chat choice controls whether the Zendesk support messenger loads.
    Note: Support chat is optional

    The Zendesk messenger loads only after you allow Support chat in your privacy choices.

  3. Save your choices. You can return to Cookie settings to change them later.
