Narrow Agent Overview to the people relevant to an operational question.

Environment

  • Your account can open Agents.

Resolution

  1. Set the page-level Brand and Group scope if available.
  2. Search for an agent or filter Agent Overview by Brand, BPO Vendor, Group, Status, Market, Skills, or Last seen period.
  3. Sort a column such as Utilization or Available capacity and move between result pages.
  4. Save a useful filter and sorting preference, or reset it when you need the wider view.
