# Edit, Clone, Enable, Disable, Or Delete An Automation

## Objective

Maintain an existing automation as the operational workflow changes.

## Environment

- You have automation management access.

## Resolution

1. Open **Workflows** > **Automations** and find the rule.
2. Choose **Edit** to change its condition or action, or **Clone** to create a copy for a related use.
3. Review a cloned or edited rule before saving or enabling it.
4. Use **Enable** or **Disable** to control whether it can run.
5. Use **Delete** only after confirming the rule is no longer needed.
