Understand when the visible value was last updated before acting on it.

## Environment

- You can open the **Realtime** report in question.

## Resolution

1. Identify the page, metric, filter scope, and time window you are reading.
2. Open the info icon or freshness detail where the report provides it.
3. Refresh the page or report when a refresh control is available.
4. Compare the updated timestamp and underlying records; if data remains stale, record the last visible update time for support.
