## Objective

Withdraw your own pending time-off, schedule-change, or overtime request when you no longer want it reviewed.

## Environment

- Your account is linked to an agent profile.
- The request appears under **Open Requests** with a **Pending** status.

## Resolution

1. Open **My Requests** and select **Open Requests**. Find the request by its type, dates, details, and submitted date.
2. Confirm that this is the request you want to withdraw. In its **Actions** column, select **Cancel request**.
3. In the **Cancel Request** confirmation, select **Cancel Request** to withdraw it, or **Keep** to leave it pending.
4. Open **Request History** and confirm the request now shows **Cancelled**. It no longer appears in **Open Requests**.
