# Assign Realtime Access To Your Team

## Objective

Give the intended readers access to the **Realtime** pages and actions they need.

## Environment

- You can manage users and permissions for the **ZenOps** workspace.

## Resolution

1. Open **Settings** > **User Management** and find the person or send an invitation for a new user.
2. Choose the user role and allowed sign-in method offered for that person.
3. Review any brand, vendor, or other access scope that applies to the role.
4. Save the user change, then have the user confirm they can open the intended **Realtime** page and perform only the actions they need.
