# How To Accept An Invitation And Sign In

## Objective

Use your invitation to create access to ZenOps WFM and enter your workspace.

## Environment

- You have an invitation sent to the email address your organization uses for ZenOps.
- You can use a sign-in method offered on the invitation page. Your organization may allow a password, Google, Microsoft, or a combination of these methods.
- If you are the first administrator setting up a new workspace, you know the company name to enter.

## Resolution

1. Open the invitation email and follow its link.
2. If the page says **Set up your workspace**, confirm the email shown, enter your company name and a password, then select **Create workspace and sign in**. This is the invitation path for the first company administrator.
3. On **Finish Account Setup**, choose the offered method: **Continue with Google**, **Continue with Microsoft**, or enter and confirm a password and select **Set Password**. If the page says **Set New Password**, follow its instructions.
4. If ZenOps asks you to sign in after setup, enter the invited email address, select **Continue**, and choose the method you just set up. ZenOps then opens the area your account can access.
5. If you can enter ZenOps but cannot see a WFM area you expect, ask your administrator to check your [role and permissions](/help/articles/roles-and-access-in-zenops-wfm/).

### Important: Use the latest invitation

After step 1 in resolution. If you received several invitations, open the most recent link. Ask the inviter for a new one if it is invalid or expired.
