# Accept An Invitation And Sign In

## Objective

Use the invitation sent by your administrator to enter your **ZenOps** workspace.

## Environment

- You have an invitation for the email address assigned to your **ZenOps** account.
- The invitation presents the sign-in methods allowed for your account.

## Resolution

1. Open the invitation link and follow the on-screen account setup instructions.
2. Choose one of the offered sign-in methods, such as password, **Google**, or **Microsoft**, and complete that method.
3. If prompted, return to **Sign in** and use the invited email address.
4. After entering the dashboard, check that the **Realtime** pages you need are visible. Ask your administrator to review your access if they are not.
